Aikido Morning โ A Working Tokyo Dojo

About this experience
Thomas holds a fourth-dan in aikido and trains at a small dojo in Adachi three mornings a week. This isn't a demonstration โ you'll train. We start with ukemi (falling safely), work through basic entering and blending movements, and by the end you'll have a physical understanding of what aikido actually is: not power against power, but movement that redirects rather than resists. The dojo opens at 6:30am and most mornings we have the mat to ourselves until 8. No previous martial arts experience required.
